As you may have guessed from the title, this post is about products for spotting cleaning brushes. I have a couple favorites that are worth checking out. These are both affordable options and get the job done. As someone who have favorite shader brushes and needs a quick clean in between uses, I reach for these products regularly.
The first being the e.l.f. Daily Brush Cleaner. This spot cleaner retails for $3 and I picked mine up at Target; this products comes in one size (roughly 2 OZ). I spritz a little onto my brush and gentle wipe any old product residue left onto a tissue.
My other favorite spot cleaner is the Sephora Master Cleanse Daily Brush Cleaner. This is available in two sizes: 2 OZ and 6 OZ; at $8.50 and $15 respectively. The packaging has slightly changed since I purchased mine (the bottle looks a little different), however, I don’t think the formula has changed. This product works wonders. I find it to be better than the e.l.f. daily brush cleaner and maybe worth the higher price. I just use the same method when using this product.
