It’s the perfect time to try out new products and stock up on staples. I have a few things on my list this year so naturally I want to share those and my general recommendations for this sale. My Shopping List
Makeup Setting Spray Set: I’ve been using this setting spray since college. It really holds up and keeps your makeup locked in place. Sephora usually offers a set around the holidays so it’s always a good time to pick up it and save some money.
Tinted Brow Gel: This brow gel is another staple in my makeup routine. It has tiny microfibers that create natural-looking fullness and definition. I use the shade warm deep brown (#4).
Bitter Peach Perfume: I’m crossing my fingers that this peach perfume comes back in stock. My friend got it last year and it smells incredible. The scent is perfect and lingers for hours. The price tag on the full size perfume is steep but they recently came out with a smaller size and I’m hoping to scoop it up.
Lip Butter Trio: Everything I’ve tried from Summer Fridays has been incredible. I’ve been eyeing this lip butter and am hoping to pick it up during the sale.
Cream Eyeshadow: I’m really tempted by this cream eyeshadow. This formula looks like a dream and I love the shade pillow talk. I have several Charlotte Tilbury lip products in pillow talk and it’s the perfect color.
My Sale Recommendations
Rare Beauty Set: This set is a great way to try out some of the best of Rare Beauty. I have the the liquid luminizer from this set and a different shade of blush. Both are fantastic. Definitely worth a try!
Lip Mask: I will never stop recommending this lip mask. I’ve repurchased it multiple times. It’s incredibly hydrating. I like to start with a lip scrub and then follow up with this lip mask before bed. The mask works it’s magic overnight and I wake up with the softest lips. I typically purchase the original (berry) but they recently came out with gingersnap if you want to get in the holiday spirit.
First Aid Beauty Kit: This kit comes with five sensitive-skin-safe products to keep your skin hydrated all winter long.
Luminous Silk Foundation: I’ve loved this product for years. It’s an excellent medium coverage, buildable foundation with a natural finish. I wear the shade 4.75.
Water Cream Moisturizer: This became my favorite moisturizer last year. It is so luxurious, hydrating, and has a light pleasant scent. It’s such a treat applying this product.
Soft Matte Foundation: Oh my gosh: this foundation is amazing. This is a newer addition to my collection. I can’t say enough great things about it. It is full coverage, long wearing, and makes your skin look airbrushed.
Luxe False Lash: I’d be remiss if I didn’t include a pair of false lashes, especially since these are the ones I wore at my wedding. Lashes are a great thing to stock up on during the sale. You can hold onto them forever – they never expire. They can get pricey so it’s always better to get them for a discount. Also, the entire Sephora collection is 30% for the duration of the sale. That makes these lashes only $14. I highly recommend quill (the style from my wedding!).
