Sephora Spring Sale: Makeup Recommendations
1. NARS Soft Matte Complete Foundation: I've been obsessed with this foundation since I added it to my collection last year.
2. NARS Radiant Creamy Liquid Color Corrector: After searching for a good color corrector for a while, I finally found my new go to. This product neutralizes the look of under-eye circles, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. I'm in the shade light (light peach to color correct light to medium skin tones).
3. Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow+ Tinted Volumizing Eyebrow Gel: This has been a staple in my routine for years. I often repurchase this product during the sale.
4. Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Melting Cream Blush: This blush melts into the skin and leaves the perfect hint of color. I'm a big fan of Rare Beauty - the products are great and I love the packaging.
5. Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter: So many people rave about this complexion booster. I'm all for anything that will add some glow to my skin. I'm definitely picking this up during the sale!
6. Fenty Beauty Match Stix Matte Contour Skinstick: I've heard great things about this contour stick and I can't wait to pick it up during the sale.
7. Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray: This is the best long lasting setting spray. I've been buying it since college. Over the past two years, it's been extra helpful for keeping makeup in place with a mask on.
8. Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer: I've been so into this primer for a couple years now. I love everything Tatcha makes and this product is no exception. It's velvety and glides onto the skin to create the perfect barrier underneath makeup.
Sephora Spring Sale: Skincare Recommendations
1. LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask: I'm pretty sure I recommend this every year but it's really that good. Joe and I have been using this lip mask for years. We even have a mini version for travel. It works wonders on dry lips and is a staple in my nighttime skincare routine. It is thick so I don't recommend using it during the day. My default option is original (berry). I'm hopeful that they'll bring back peach again this summer.
2. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration: If you're in need of an ultra hydrating lotion, this is your best bet. It's excellent for dry hands and feet.
3. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Exfoliator: This is a rice-based powder cleanser that exfoliates skin while visibly brightening, smoothing texture, and clearing clogged pores. It's gentle enough to use on a daily basis and appropriate for all skin types.
4. Biossance Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil: This hydrating vitamin C oil is for all skin types and visibly brightens and firms. Your skin will glow after using this product regularly.
5. Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Body Scrub: My new favorite body scrub!
6. Nécessaire Body Lotion: This fast-absorbing, multi-vitamin moisturizer is perfect for skin health. I love that it's fragrance-free and non-irritating.
7. Tatcha Water Cream: If you're looking for a lightweight, luxurious moisturizer, this is your best bet. I love the way this product feels on the skin. I've repurchased it several times.
8. Supergoop Handscreen: Our hands are typically the most missed area when we apply SPF. I picked up this handscreen last year because it's lotion that also contains SPF 40. It's formulated specifically for your hands!
Sephora Spring Sale: Tool Recommendations
1. beautyblender Makeup Sponge: The best way to apply makeup. I've been a big fan since these little sponges came out over 10 years ago!
2. Drybar Buttercup Blow-Dryer: If you're in need of any big ticket items, this sale is the perfect time to snag them. I've had this blowdryer for five years now and it's great.
3. Briogeo Scalp Revival Stimulating Therapy Massager: This hand-held massager helps increase circulation to support healthy scalp and hair. I have thick hair and this tool is great for making sure I evenly distribute my shampoo and rinse it all out.
4. Slip Silk Pillowcase: This little luxury has become one of my bedroom staples. Silk helps protect your hair and skin. I use my silk pillowcases every night.
5. Herbivore Rose Quartz Gua Sha: I like this facial massage tool because it gently stimulates circulation to help relieve tension. I started grinding my teeth at night a couple years ago so my jaw always feels tight. This tool has been a great help.
6. Drybar Hold Me Hair Clips: These alligator jaw clips are perfect for sectioning hair while blow drying or applying makeup.
7. Sephora Collection Reusable Cotton Pads: Joe got me reusable cotton pads as a stocking stuffer last year and I use them all the time. These last forever and they are such a bargain, especially during the sale.
8. Slip Scrunchies: Another great way to protect your hair is switching to silk scrunchies. I find these to be comfortable and chic.
