Every spring I longingly wait for this Sephora sale. I tend to buy a lot of products at the end of the year [hello holiday collections!] and somehow manage to take a break for a few months after. I regularly add items to my wishlist and stock up on my favorite during this sale.
My skincare and makeup routines vary a lot season to season and I want the appropriate products to match my needs. I tend to gravitate towards tinted moisturizers and cooling facial mists, as I anticipate reaching for those products during the sweltering summer heat.
Before we dive into my picks, let me give you some info on the sale:

SKINCARE
- Caudalie Beauty Elixir: This was my savior when I first moved to New York in the middle of August. I picked it up for the first time that year and never looked back. I keep mine in the fridge and spritz it on after coming back from a particularly hot day.
- Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen: I converted to clear sunscreens a year or so ago. Until now I’ve exclusive used the Glossier sunscreen, however, I’m feeling like experimenting with something new.
- Summer Fridays R + R Mask: Maybe it’s just that I’m so inspired by Marianna Hewitt [I discovered her at a Kopari event a couple years ago!] and desperately want her glowing skin – or maybe it’s my love for all things rose. Either way, I think it’s finally time to get my first Summer Fridays mask.
- Fresh Lemon Lip Balm: The caramel one has been my jam since the fall sale. I’m so excited they just came out with lemon and peach!
- Clinique Overnight Mask: To be totally honest, the Pink Oasis campaign suckered me in. I want to try out all of their moisturize surge line now. I recently ordered their eye concentrate & hydrator – I’m anxiously awaiting their arrival!
- Kora Rose Mist: I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: I love everything rose.
- Fresh Peach Lip Balm: Basically I feel the same way about the new peach scent as I do the lemon. Also these will be perfect once summer rolls around.
MAKEUP
- It Cosmetics CC Cream: As I mentioned earlier in this post, I have a thing for tinted moisturizer when the weather gets warm [in my book, CC and BB creams fall under that category]. I grabbed this illuminating one a few years back and loved how it wore. I’m ready to have it back in my life.
- Charlotte Tilbury Concealer: After almost two years of exclusively using Tarte Shape Tape, I’m ready for something new. I want something a little lighter this summer and I’ve been itching to try this Charlotte Tillbury concealer. It kind of reminds me of the YSL Touche Eclat or Maybelline Age Rewind [budget friendly] so I’m excited to dive more into Charlotte Tillbury’s version.
- Kosas Tinted Oil Foundation: It’s time to give my Armani Luminous Silk a break. I’m pretty sure I’ve been sticking to it exclusively for the past year! I saw this oil foundation on Instagram & was fascinated. I’ll let you know if it’s worth it!
