The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens up to the public tomorrow! I recently shared my plus size clothing guide. It’s time for my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale beauty recommendations. Nordstrom tends to have sets and jumbo products in the beauty section of the sale. These are some of my favorite products so it’s a good time to stock up!
SKIN CARE
Skin care is my favorite category to shop. I’m a huge Kiehl’s fan so it’s no surprise I’m including this nighttime concentrate and body lotion. The concentrate was one of my holy grail products when I lived in New York. It is incredibly hydrating and it’s a good value in the sale. Speaking of hydrating products, I love the moisture surge line from Clinique. I’ve tried the moisturizer and eye serum. This set looks ideal if you want to try out this range. While nighttime skin care is important, protecting your skin during the day is most important. I’ve been exploring Supergoop products this year and really enjoy them. This SPF 40 hand cream is the product I didn’t know I needed but now I can’t live without. Our hands are exposed so often and it’s important to protect them.
MAKEUP
I got this lip kit a couple years back. Since then, Charlotte Tilbury come out with a matching lip gloss. This shade is beautiful on many skin tones. I also recommend this brow set. This set comes in four shade options. I wear the medium brown. Both of these products are great for bold and tamed brows. I could certainly use these products right now given how long it’s been since I’ve been able to wax my brows.
BEAUTY TOOLS
I love my beauty sponges. I’ve been buying these for years. They last for a long time (if you take care of them properly) and make you look airbrushed. Ok this other product might not be a “beauty tool” per se but I consider it essential to healthy hair and skin. I love my silk pillowcase. Silk pillowcases help to prevent wrinkles because they provide a smooth surface with little friction. This also means better hair – goodbye bedhead! They are also supposedly helpful for people with allergies.
